To make Organic Traditions Chocolate Energy Bite Mix, you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup Organic Traditions Energy Bite Mix

  • 1/2 cup nut butter or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To start, empty the contents of the Organic Traditions Chocolate Energy Bite Mix into a large mixing bowl. Add the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and stir everything together until well combined.

Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.

Once the energy bites are chilled, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for more extended storage.

I have had this bag of Organic Traditions Holiday Spice flavoured Energy Bite mix laying around for some time now, and I finally pulled it out to use it!

I like having energy bites like these 👆🏼 or protein balls on hand especially to go with my afternoon tea. They make a great snack to have on hand whenever you need a boost of energy and a quick pick-me-up. They're perfect for busy mornings, post-workout snacks, or anytime you need a delicious and nutritious snack to keep you going.

Don't have energy bites packet? No worries!

Truthfully you don't need the packet as long as you have these key staples at home: sprouted flax, chia seeds and gluten-free oats with cacao nibs or any other combo and you can make your own mix.
