No-bake overnight oats are nutritionally rich and healthy. They are loaded with fibre, protein and antioxidants that support our overall health especially our gut health! Since the oats are being soaked overnight and cooled down they naturally become higher in resistant starch. Resistant starch is a carb that gives us the feeling of fullness and aiding in digestion and weight loss.
