Here we are 3 days into 2023. This time every year many people including myself set new goals and resolutions to be better versions of ourselves. Some of us will do well with these intentions and others will get sidetracked.

While it’s motivating to set new goals in January when everyone else around you is doing it, in my opinion, it, however, is not the best time to completely overhaul your life just because your nosy neighbour Susan is doing it. DO. WHAT. WORKS. FOR. YOU. For some, It could simply mean getting into the habit of drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning or it could mean adjusting your sleep routine at night. Once these routines become habits, then simply add on another routine that would work for you. Also, if you miss a day or a week that doesn’t mean you throw in the towel…. you fold it, take a step back and reevaluate, make adjustments and step right back in.

Cheers to the ‘New You’ that you are creating one step at a time!
